The Help Desk will be located on the Fourth Floor of the Westin throughout the conference. The Help Desk hours are from 10:30 AM - 5:15 PM on Friday, November 22; from 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM on Saturday, November 23; and from 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM on Sunday, November 24.
Professional development credit is available for live attendance, whether in Boston or via Zoom, only. An evaluation form will be e-mailed to you at the end of the conference which serves to verify your live attendance and request any type of certificate. Please note that speech-language pathologists will need to sign in and out each day in a special ASHA binder at the Help & Information Desk.
Credit certificates will be sent out 3-4 weeks after the conference via e-mail. If you have not received your credits by December 23, please call our office at 857-444-1500 x1.
