Pre-Conference Workshop Registration will take place from 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM on Friday, February 18, 2022. All pre-conference workshops begin at 8:00 AM.

Check-in registration for the pre-conference workshops will take place in the Gold Room, located on the Lobby Level of the Fairmont. You will be checked in for both your workshop and the general conference at this time. You do not need to check-in a second time.

Please note, only those people who have signed up in advance for a pre-conference workshops may pick up their badges at this time. If you are not attending a Pre-Conference Workshop, you must pick up your badge during the General Conference Registration beginning at 11:00 AM.

General Conference Registration will take place from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM on Friday, February 18, 2022. Doors open in the Grand Ballroom at 11:45 AM. The Opening Remarks begin at 12:30 PM.

Check-in registration for the general conference will take place in the Gold Room, located on the Lobby Level of the Fairmont.

General conference attendees can check-in beginning at 11:00 AM. Registration runs through the start of the opening keynote at 12:30 PM and will remain open through 2:30 PM. After 2:30 PM, you can check-in at the Help & Information Desk, also located in the Gold Room on the Lobby Level of the Fairmont.

The City of San Francisco requires people to be fully vaccinated in order to attend this event. If you have not sent us your vaccination status via the CLEAR app or directly to us, please do so right away so that your check-in at the conference is not delayed. Information on how to verify your vaccination status was sent last week but can be also be found here.


Information Desk

You will be able to find answers to your questions and help with registration problems at the Learning & the Brain Help & Information Desk. This is where you can find direct representatives from Learning & the Brain, as opposed to hotel staff, temporary event staff, or volunteer helpers. On Friday, the Help Desk will be located in the Gold Room on the Lobby Level. On Saturday and Sunday, the Help Desk will be located in the Vanderbilt Room, on the Terrace Level of the Fairmont. The Help Desk hours are from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM on Friday, February 18, from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM on Saturday, February 19, and from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM on Sunday, February 20.
