Onsite Conference Check In

We're looking forward to seeing you in Boston at the Learning & the Brain Fall  Conference. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us at 857-444-1500 x1.



Pre-Conference Workshop Registration will take place from 8:20 AM - 9:00 AM on Friday, November 18, 2022. All pre-conference workshops begin at 9:00 AM.

Check-in registration for the pre-conference workshops will take place in the America Ballroom Foyer, located on the Fourth Floor of the Westin. You will be checked in for both your workshop and the general conference at this time. You do not need to check-in a second time.

Please note, only those people who have signed up in advance for a pre-conference workshops may pick up their badges at this time. If you are not attending a Pre-Conference Workshop, you must pick up your badge during the General Conference Registration beginning at 11:30 AM.

General Conference Registration will take place from 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM on Friday, November 18, 2022. Doors open in the America Ballroom at 12:00 PM. The Opening Remarks begin at 1:00 PM.

Check-in registration for the general conference will take place in the America Ballroom Foyer, located on the Fourth Floor of the Westin.

General conference attendees can check-in beginning at 11:30 AM. Registration runs through the start of the opening keynote at 1:00 PM and will remain open through 3:00 PM. After 3:00 PM, you can check-in at the Help & Information Desk, also located in the America Ballroom Foyer.


Information Desk

You will be able to find answers to your questions and help with registration problems at the Learning & the Brain Help & Information Desk. This is where you can find direct representatives from Learning & the Brain, as opposed to hotel staff, temporary event staff, or volunteer helpers.

The Help Desk will be located on the Fourth Floor of the Westin throughout the conference. The Help Desk hours are from 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM on Friday, November 18; from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Saturday, November 19; and from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM on Sunday, November 20
