• Demonstrate methods for teaching and training active, healthy brains and bodies (4)
• Show the role of sleep/meditation on memory, health, and grades (5)
• Develop strategies for promoting well-being, exercise, brain health, and happiness (6)
• Demonstrate engaging active minds, games, and well-being in teenagers (7)
• List the benefits of spacing, practice, and “minds-on” learning (8)
• Define science of play and demonstrate ways to create playful classrooms (9)
• Identify methods for improving reading, math, and science instruction (10)
