Pre-Conference Workshop Registration will take place from 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM on Friday, November 22, 2024. All pre-conference workshops begin at 8:00 AM.

Check-in registration for the pre-conference workshops will take place in the America Ballroom Foyer, located on the Fourth Floor of the Westin. You will be checked in for both your workshop and the general conference at this time. You do not need to check-in a second time.

Please note, only those people who have signed up in advance for a pre-conference workshops may pick up their badges at this time.
If you are not attending a Pre-Conference Workshop, you must pick up your badge during the General Conference Registration beginning at 10:30 AM.

General Conference Registration will take place from 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM on Friday, November 22, 2024. Doors open in the America Ballroom at 11:00 AM and the Opening Remarks begin at 12:00 PM.

Check-in registration for the general conference will take place in the America Ballroom Foyer, located on the Fourth Floor of the Westin.

General conference attendees can check-in beginning at 10:30 AM. Registration runs through the start of the opening keynote at 12:00 PM and will remain open through 1:30 PM. After 1:30 PM, you can check-in at the Help & Information Desk, also located in the America Ballroom Foyer.
