Pre-Conference Workshop Registration will take place from 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM on Thursday, February 20, 2025. All pre-conference workshops begin at 8:00 AM.

Check-in registration for the pre-conference workshops will take place in the Gold Room, located on the Lobby Level of the Fairmont. You will be checked in for both your workshop and the general conference at this time. You do not need to check-in a second time.

Please note, only those people who have signed up in advance for a pre-conference workshops may pick up their badges at this time.

If you are not registered to attend a Pre-Conference Workshop, you must pick up your badge during the General Conference Registration beginning at 10:30 AM. Your badge will NOT be available before that time.

General Conference Registration will take place from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Doors open in the Ballroom at 11:30 AM. The Opening Remarks begin at 12:00 PM.

Check-in registration for the general conference will take place in the Gold Room, located on the Lobby Level of the Fairmont.

General conference attendees can check-in beginning at 10:30 AM. Registration runs through the start of the opening keynote at 12:00 PM and will remain open through 1:30 PM, after which time you can go to the Help & Information Desk. The Help Desk will be relocating from the Gold Room to the Vanderbilt Room on the Terrace Level of the Fairmont at 1:30 PM. While we move, there will be an approximately 15 minute delay in the ability to check-in. Registration will be available again beginning at 1:45 PM and will remain open at the Help Desk until 6:00 PM. (Full Help Desk information and hours located below.)

All keynotes and sessions will take place at the Fairmont Hotel.



Information Desk

You will be able to find answers to your questions and help with registration problems at the Learning & the Brain Help & Information Desk. This is where you can always find direct representatives from Learning & the Brain, as opposed to hotel staff, temporary event staff, or volunteer helpers. On Thursday , the Help Desk will be located in the Gold Room on the Lobby Level, as noted above from 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM. From Thursday afternoon at 1:45 PM and throughout Friday and Saturday, the Help Desk will be located in the Vanderbilt Room, on the Terrace Level of the Fairmont. The full Help Desk hours are from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, from 7:30 AM - 5:15 PM on Friday, February 21, and from 8:30 AM - 2:45 PM on Saturday, February 22.
