Pre-Conference Workshop Registration will take place from 7:15 AM - 8:00 AM on Friday, April 25, 2025. All pre-conference workshops begin at 8:00 AM.

Check-in registration for the pre-conference workshops will take place in the Lenox Ballroom, located on the Second Floor of the Sheraton. You will be checked in for both your workshop and the general conference at this time. You do not need to check-in a second time.

Please note, only those people who have signed up in advance for a pre-conference workshops may pick up their badges at this time.

If you are not attending a Pre-Conference Workshop, you must pick up your badge during the General Conference Registration beginning at 10:30 AM.

General Conference Registration will take place from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM on Friday, April 25, 2025. Doors open in the Metropolitan Ballroom at 11:15 AM. The Opening Remarks begin at 12:00 PM.

Check in registration for the conference will take place from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM on Friday, April 25 in the Lenox Ballroom, located on the Second Floor of the Sheraton Hotel. We will continue to offer registration in this location through 2:00 PM for late comers.

After that time, registration continues at the Help & Information Desk from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. The Help & Information Desk will also be located in the Lenox Ballroom, on the Second Floor of the Sheraton. (See below for complete Help & Information Desk hours.)
 

Information Desk

You will be able to find answers to your questions and help with registration problems at the Learning & the Brain Help & Information Desk. This is where you can find direct representatives from Learning & the Brain, as opposed to hotel staff, temporary event staff, or volunteer helpers.

The Help Desk will be located in the Lenox Ballroom, on the Second Floor of the Sheraton. The Help Desk hours are from 7:15 AM - 5:00 PM on Friday, April 25, from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM on Saturday, April 26, and from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 27.
