Please note, schedule is preliminary and subject to change.
Due to overwhelming demand, we were not able to accommodate all conference attendees in the same room at the same time to hear the keynotes. Fortunately, all nine keynote speakers have graciously agreed to give their presentation twice, so that everyone will have the ability to see the keynote speakers in person. We have split the attendees into two groups, each of whom will get to experience the same three keynotes each day, just in a varied order. Those assigned to Group A will have a TAN name badge and view the keynotes in the Grand Ballroom, which is two floors below the lobby level at the Fairmont. This will only apply to keynote presentations. Breakout sessions locations are the same for everyone. Please go to your first choice session.
The conference information packet and group assignments were sent to all attendees via e-mail by February 3rd (and individually to each late registrant.) If you did not receive this e-mail or have questions, please e-mail [email protected] or call us at 781-449-4010 x101.
